Four years between 1984 Los Angeles and 1988 Seoul
Olympics made Michael Gross struggle to keep pace
with youngsters like Biondi and Nesty. He still
won golds in 100m butterfly and 200m butterfly in
1984 and 1988 respectively and the bronze for 4x200m
freestyle relay.
